Another secure, fast and reliable online money transfer platform TIP ME Liberia, has been launched in the country.
It is amongst the first licensed electronic payment service provider offering wide range of electronic financial solutions in Liberia.

Also speaking TIP Me Global CEO madam Sarah Tarawallie, stressed the need for Liberians to take ownership of the online money transfer platform.
According to madam Tarawallie, Liberia is the first country on the African continent to implement the digital revolution in mobile wallet and other services.
For his part National Investment Commission Chairman, Atty. Molewuleh B. Gray, emphasized the importance of the private sector describing it as an engine for economic growth and development.
He said the introduction of TIP Me Liberia shows government’s willingness to attract direct investment aimed at booming Liberia’s ravaged economy.
Also speaking, Financial and Development Planning Minister, Samuel Tweh , assured TIP ME Liberia management of Government’s desire to working with them to achieve such goals.
Minister Twen noted that the coming of the institution is also in direct support of the government’s pro poor agenda to open- up the country and provide job opportunities for Liberians.
With the introduction of the mobile financial app platform means that Liberia is on path with global financial digitization he said.
The app increases access to cash-flow especially in rural and urban communities, speed up money transfer and simplify payments for smart phone user and the TIP ME app can be download from google play store.
