Campaign to Repatriate Consul General and Diplomat Dr. Malachi Z York back to Liberia has been launched.

Dr.Malachi Z York. Born June 26 1945 is a global African nationalist, international icon, phenomenal teacher, etymologist, author, song writer, and African diaspora community leader in the United States, the Carribean, Canada, United Kingdom, and other territories, whose over 1000 books on the great history of Africa, Africans, self-determination, and our story in antiquity has influenced millions world over.
Dr. Malachi Z York a Naturalized Citizen, Consul General, and Diplomat for the Republic of Liberia now 73, was arrested in 2002 and sentenced to 135 years by an alleged biased court in Georgia on allegations of racketeering, money laundering and transporting minors in interstate commerce for purposes of engaging in unlawful sexual activity. An Amicus Brief was filed on behalf of Dr. Malachi York by the Republic of Liberia in 2004 expressing his innocence of all charges due to witness tampering by the United States prosecutors.
In 2007 the Department of State for the United States of America claimed that Dr. Malachi Z. York is an American Citizen, yet according to the records deposited with the Montserrado County 6th Circuit Judicial Court of the Republic of Liberia and the above July 21st 2004 Judgement by Judge Yussif D. Kaba Dr. Malachi Z York had renounced his citizenship in accordance with Title 8 U.S.C. 1481 which are the United States Codes on Voluntary Loss of Citizenship or Renunciation of Citizenship by going through all of the necessary steps to naturalize to the Republic of Liberia and received his appointment in due form.
Meanwhile a group of concerned Africans some of whom are Liberians are appealing for Justice to be served on the ex-Liberian diploma.
