Celebration erupted across Liberia early Wednesday morning following hours after the just ended special Senatorial, Referendum and By-elections.
In Montserrado county, supporters of incumbent Senator Abraham D. Dillon, converged at the Liberty Party headquarters and celebrated as well.
Mr. Dillon was spotted in parts of Monrovia greeting supporters and commending them for turning out to vote.
Margibains most of whom are from different grouping Wednesday morning gathered at the main Street of Kakata celebrating former speaker James Emmanuel Nuquay of the People Unification Party (PUP).
The group were seeing from different angles including Motorcyclists, Market women and officials of the PUP.
Speaking to KMTV in Kakata Margibi County, the group predicted that preliminary results from Wednesday special senatorial Election, former speaker Nuquay is the next senator of Margibi county. They said they are hopeful the Nuquay will represent the people of Margibi for the next 9 years.
In Grand Cape Mount County, with the pronouncement of provisional results from various centers, supporters of various political parties are yet to celebrate their candidates due to the rise and fall of votes counting.
Moreover, this situation has caused serious silent in Grand Cape Mount County as CPP candidate Simeon B. Taylor stands the chance to win in some districts.
In Grand Bassa County, supporters of Nyonblee K. Lawrence and Mr. Gbehzohngar Findley were seeing jubilating and claiming victory with no sing of showing defeat in the just ended elections.
