Former Lawmaker Eyes Senatorial Seat in Nimba


Former Nimba County Senator, Adolphus Dolo has declared his intention to contest for the midterm senatorial election in 2020. Mr.Dolo said during his time as senator for the county, he initiated several projects including offices across the 17 Administrative Districts in the county and employed many Nimbaians, which according to him is bringing boost to the growth and development of the county.

Speaking to reporters over the weekend at his residence in Sanniquellie, Nimba County, he called on Nimbaians to give him second chance to continue what he started in 2005. He named some of the development as the re-conditioning of the Ganta-Yekepa road, construction of Nimba County Community College, construction of the Jackson F.Doe Hospital in Tappita and the purchasing of the 22 Pieces of Yellow Machines among others as his achievements during his regime as senator. Responding to former Senator Adolphus Dolo’s request, former commissioner for Buu-Yao District, Daniel Zekpeh,George, B.Woyee,Nohn Menyen and Mr.Andrew Garteh and former superintendent, Rachel Miller pledged their commitment and support for the former senator.
