“Government Harmonization Process Well On Course, Promises To Put Smiles On The Faces Of The Ordinary Citizens”, Says Deputy Presidential Press Secretary


In the wake of addressing the current economic situation in the Country, Deputy Presidential press secretary Smith Toby says President George Weah has recommitted his government’s resolve to a harmonized payroll process.

According to Mr. Toby, President George Weah is very concerned about the interest of his people and is doing everything possible to put smiles on the faces of his people.

Speaking to reporters Tuesday at the regular presidential update, Mr. Smith said the ongoing harmonization process is well on course and upon full completion will help benefit the larger society.

Meanwhile, preparations leading to the celebrations of the July 26, 2019 ceremony is well on course.

He added that president Weah is a result oriented and a listening leader, evident of his recent withdrawal of Alex Tyler’s nomination. He said the decision by the Liberian leader is in fulfillment to the fight against corruption, leaving no stone unturned and to ensure that the right things are done in keeping with the laws of Liberia.

Mr. Smith used the occasion to call on all Liberians to see the need to work with the government to help develop Liberia despite political and or religious differences.
