Mr. Ballah allegedly raped the 13-year-old survivor after her mother left her in the month of June of this year and went for a break, but upon her return, the survivor told her that she was sexually abused by Mr. Ballah in his room.
Medical report, according to the survivor’s mother has proved that her daughter was raped.
