Liberia: Thousand Gather in Monrovia for March Against Rape


Thousands of protesters have gathered in the capital Monrovia to peacefully march against rape culture in Liberia and to demand action from the government.

Since the lockdown restrictions were instituted by the government, there has been an increase in the number of reported cases of rape and domestic violence in the country.

The peaceful march, according to the organizers is expected to last for three days.
