About five best of best college students are expected to benefit from the Lonestar Cell MTN intern scholars program in Liberia.
The scholarship scheme targets students studying Marketing, financial management and engineering with a previous GPA of 3.5 above.
According to Lonestar Cell MTN Human Resource Manager the program is geared toward creating a platform where young Liberian students can be inclusive and responsive to the job market.
Mr. Samuel Duo at the launch of Y’ello’s intern scholars program at Fendel Campus Wednesday said the Initiative will surface to all Universities in an effort to spike out “the best among the bests.
According to him, youth are targets for future explosions to better livelihoods and the need to integrate them is vital.
The Lonestar Cell MTN HR Manager at the same time noted that the call for young people capacity building should be a paramount concern from every worth of life.
He called on higher education seekers to make use of the opportunity which “could bring smile on their faces if considered”.
The University of Liberia through its heads at the Fendel Campus have meanwhile hailed the significance of the intern scholars program which they believe is a boast to students learning capacity.
