“I was in front of my shop when I saw the group of men marching toward me and they put a knife on my waist asking me to open the place so that they can enter, but I told no because I have materials for people in the shop. While we were talking, one of them just plugged my head right over my eye so I pushed him and started running away from them for survival,” Mr. Berry said.
The technician said he cried out for help but no one was around to rescue him from the robbers because the street was totally quiet.
After managing to survived he later reported at the Ganta Police Station with his clothes covered with blood.
Though the criminals did not enter his shop, they took away his phone along with L$4,000.
Meanwhile, the Crime Service Department at the Ganta Police Station has begun an investigation into the situation and launched a search for the mask-men.
