For alleged ‘financial impropriety’ two employees of the National Port Authority (NPA), have been suspended without pay and are mandated to undergo investigation.

According to the NPA release, the Buchanan Port Manager, Charles D. Gull and Amara Kamara, Chief Statistician, Out- station Ports, are the two employees who are suspected of engaging in such horrible acts.

The Port management also failed to state exactly what kind of financial misconduct transactions the two suspended employees were involved into.

However, tough talking Campaigner, Martin K.N. Kollie on Facebook allegedly linked the two suspended NPA employees to a $USD 500.000 (five hundred thousand USD) stealing conspiracy and promised to release a secret recording on their awful dealings.

Messrs Gull and Kamara have been mandated to head the investigation as they remain suspended, the NPA release noted.

NPA Management said, their actions are in straight adherence to the NPA’s administrative axe against any of its staff who may be found punishable for unscrupulous acts and disclosed that details/ findings concerning the ongoing probe and subsequent actions by the NPA Management will be released to the public.
