Former Muscat FC and BYC-ll Coach, Mouctaar Fofana has been officially appointed as Head Coach of Orange 2nd Division side Gardnersville Football Club.

Fofana joined the league two side on a two seasons contract with an option to further extend based on performances.

This means that Coach Mouctaar who is a CAF License B Candidate has a huge tasks on hands to ensure that Gardnersville have a flourishing campaign in the coming season.

The gaffer last coached another Second Division Club Tony FC after parting ways with BYC-ll during the middle part of last season following an unlucky start to the 2020/21 campaign with the Go Blue boys.

During his short term spell with the Margibi-based Club, Fofana finished the season midway on the table at the 7th spot with 35 points.

Coach Mouctaar was named Best Coach of the 2019/20 season after guarding BYC-ll to clinch the Second Division title.
