President Weah Departs Liberia For a Two Day State Visit To Guinea



President George Weah and his entourage has arrived in the Guinean Capital, Conakry for a two-day state visit.

The Liberian leader as part of his visit will hold talks with his Guinean counterpart, Alpha Conde.

President Weah state visit came after recent Guinean special envoy paid him a courtesy visit in Monrovia.

According to Presidential Press Secretary Isasc Solo Kelgbeh, president Weah and President Alpha Conde will discuss issue relative to improving transportation and commerce in the region.

He said under transportation, rail road and air transport services will be high on the agenda for discussion

While under business, the two Countries heads of states will discuss the promotion of strong business ties where smooth and free movement of goods and services including people   will be further strengthen.

While away, Minister of State for Presidential Affairs Nathaniel Mcgill will conduct the state of affairs in close consultation with Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor.
