Russian President Vladimir Putin has blamed African leaders for the continual dependency syndrome the continent is faced with.

In a CNN Africa Live post, President Putin said Africans believe in the Europeans, Chinese and Americans and not trusting themselves to make the difference.

He is quoted as saying “A white man will commit crime in Africa but no action will be taken because African leaders view us as semi-God, far from the truth’’.

According to the CNN post, the Russian Leader said a black man can be abducted in Europe, get harassed and even killed and because Africans present themselves as weak people when dealing with Europeans and Americans.

President Vladimir Putin also noted that African hate each other and give their colonial masters power to continue exploiting African resources.
