As part of its corporate social responsibility, one of Liberia’s number one and outstanding private security films, Security Expert Guards Agency of Liberia (SEGAL) on Friday January 31, 2020 donated huge consignment of mattresses and other non- food items including: Tissues, Tie-Soaps and many others to the Monrovia Central Prison.
The initiative according to the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of “SEGAL” Momo T. Cyrus indicated that it is their usual activities to give back to their respective communities.
Over the period Mr. Cyrus noted that SEGAL identified with other vulnerable groups but in 2020 saw the need to put smiles on the faces of inmates especially those at the Monrovia Central Prison which is the headquarters of all Prison facilities across the Country.
According to reports the “MCP” usually extend as well as distribute donated items to other inmates and prison facilities across Liberia as a means of assisting them.
He said they feel glad to always identify with the needy and they will continue in said direction in order to contribute to the larger society.
Mr. Cyrus used the occasion to call on Liberians to work together with the government to ensure the Country moves forward.
“The Government cannot do it alone rather it is through partnership, things can improve for the better in Liberia”, the SEGAL boss pointed out.
Meanwhile Some of the beneficiaries in a proud mood thanked the SEGAL’s family for the timely gesture and promised to use the items wisely for its intended purpose.
