Stop Selling Your Birth Right, Archbishop Isaac Winker Warned Liberians


The National Thanksgiving and Intercessory Guest Speaker of Liberia’s 171st Independence Day celebration Archbishop Isaac S.Winker Sr. has strongly warned all Liberians not to sell their birth right due to current economic situations and other challenges facing the Country.
According to him there is nothing elsewhere in other countries that are not in Liberia as such it is now key for all Liberians to get prepare to arise together.
He urged his fellow colleagues mainly the church to play a major practical and personal role in helping to rebuild Liberia.
“Everyone should have an input in the reconstruction drive of Liberia”, he added.
Speaking on the theme: ” National Transformation Dr. Winker said it is not time for pleasure but rather a time to add value to the growth and development of Liberia.
He called on the government to reorder its priority with emphasis on education.
“Quality Education is key something he indicated is the foundation and can’t be negotiable.
If the reconstruction process must be fulfill there is a need to increase the national budget on education, he added.
In a more motivational and inspirational manner the man of God encouraged all Liberians to have genuine passion for their country and each other.
Love he said is the foundation of passion and passion is the principal raw material to build Liberia,he said.
An undying passion to build a new Liberia in Africa is what we need,Dr. Winker, noted.
Additionally he stated that it is time for the people of Liberia to do away with insincerity and have clear heart for one another.
” Let God give us new heart and reason to celebrate in a new form as Liberia turns 171 on Thursday”, the founder of the Dominion Christian Fellowship Center told the gathering Sunday.
