A girl in her late teens is injured after a collision between two motorcycles about 12:00 p.m. this afternoon.
Liberia National Police told KMTV News on the accident scene, that they received a telephone call about few minutes to twelve concerning reports of a collision involving two motorcycles on the Barnersville- Kebbah Road.
The victim was hurriedly taken to the Barnersville Health Center to seek medical attention before we arrived.
“I heard a very loud sound from the back of my motor bike. But before I could control the wheel to park off the road, I was already late because I was flat on the ground,” one of the bike riders narrated. “The girl who was sitting behind me also felt from the bike and got badly wounded on her leg.” Meanwhile, the other cyclist only sustained minor injuries.
The Kebbah Road is now ‘dangerous spot’ due to its huge accident rate and death toll since the pavement of the road.
